Return Policy

RETURNS:

 

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, always contact us before initiating a return to follow up.

 

All products are specially manufactured and tested to give it the specific use for which it is published on our website, colors may vary slightly when it is an image seen on a monitor, our return policies apply when the product arrived damaged by transport and evidence of this must be sent, within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the product. to proceed with the return of the damaged product or the corresponding refund. If the transport company loses the package, no refund will be applied since they do not include plastisol in the cover.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipment:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
