The PVC plastisol is a liquid product which is plasticized by applying heat, and when mixed, more colors are obtained. You can manufacture different pieces of soft plastic, such as: key rings, labels, fishing lures, applications for footwear, among many others, especially in the industry for coating tools and metals.

Plastisol for coating
Plastisols for metal coatings, better known as "Floor rack", have been formulated for coating metal, ceramics, among other materials, with the purpose of protecting against corrosion, impacts or simply acting as insulation.
Application:
Its application consists of pre-heating the metal pieces with a heat gun to later submerge the piece in the plastisol and reapply heat with the gun at its maximum power or, if available and an oven, cure the plastisol to a temperature of 180º C. for 5 sec. approximately. The types of metals that you can coat range from tool handles, signs, mesh, racks, sheets, grills, and a wide range of products that require some type of insulation such as weights and dumbbells.
